NexarBitNew is a cryptocurrency market tracking and education application that provides:

• Real-time and historical cryptocurrency market data
• K-line (candlestick) charts and technical analysis tools
• Order book depth and trades tape information (read-only)
• Multi-exchange price comparison
• Paper trading functionality with virtual cash
• Watchlist, movers rankings, and filtering tools
• Local alerts and reminders
• Converter, fee calculator, and risk calculator tools
• News aggregation from third-party RSS sources
• Educational content and glossary

3. What We Do NOT Provide

IMPORTANT: NexarBitNew does NOT provide:

• Trading services or execution of trades
• Wallet creation, management, or custody services
• Asset custody or storage
• Investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations
• Guarantees about market performance or price movements

The App is designed for informational and educational purposes only. All data provided is for informational purposes and may be delayed.

4. Data Accuracy and Sources

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the App. Market data may be delayed, and sources are listed in Settings > Data Sources.

You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Data may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Third-party data sources may have limitations or delays

5. Paper Trading

The paper trading feature allows you to practice trading strategies using virtual cash. This feature is for educational purposes only and does not involve real money or actual trading. Results from paper trading do not guarantee similar results in real trading.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Making your own investment decisions and not relying solely on App data

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of the App without authorization
• Use the App to provide investment advice to others

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NexarBitNew and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NexarBitNew. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The data provided is accurate, complete, or current

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXARBITNEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the App
• Any errors or omissions in the App's content
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexarBitNew, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
